IM PRETTY SURE THIS WILL BE THE LAST ONE TILL THE NEW YEAR....I COULD BE WRONG BUT ONCE THE HOLIDAYS HIT, TIME FLIES!

Q)as a training pro wrestler I was wondering if you had any tips for working out and conditioning etc? I currently do some cardio and conditioning exercises and was wondering if you had anything in mind, thank you.

A)i get this question A LOT through emails and i believe ive answered it before as well.... i dont know if you are specifically training towards something but it is nice to set small goals for yourself. if you are just training to have a healthy lifestyle i always just tell people that it has to be a lifestyle for you...not something temporary. like diets...i hate that word. i just eat healthy as part of my everyday life; but that doesnt mean deprive yourself! i believe in moderation. if i crave chocolate, ill have a piece of dark chocolate to satisfy my craving. i dont have a sweet tooth, so im lucky! a lot of people find cardio boring like i do, so try different sports or activities or it could be as simple as riding a bike to work or school or taking the stairs instead of the escalator/elevator. When people ask me about losing weight, i have to tell you that the most important factor there is your diet. working out should be part of your routine as well but what you eat really determines a heck of a lot of what you look like!

Q)From your own observations where do you feel women's wrestling in the USA has been, and what do you see as its future in say five or ten years from now? Thanks!

A)I think its been through its ups and downs definitely from the time i started watching wrestling. What got me back into watching wrestling again was when the womens wrestling was starting to evolutionize....when lita, trish, jazz, victoria were starting to show the fans that they could put on credible matches. i got totally sucked in then and thought, i could do that!!! then it seemed to go downhill years later and when i started with tna, we didnt even have enough girls to even have a division. Im so happy that things have seemed to have changed lately... all those times when i would argue with people because they said the fans didnt wanna see women wrestle...i almost believed them at times!! i thought, am i kidding myself? and when we got the response we did from the wrestling fans, i just knew that they wanted it and appreciated us. there is no feeling like that feeling. i hope it continues to go uphill but in the crazy world of wrestling, i cant say. its very unpredictable.

Q)Do you see yourself one day returning to South Korea to wrestle again at some point in the future? Do you still have family living in Korea that you hope to see again?

A)oh definitely to wrestle...i really hope so!!! i have tons of relatives in korea and of course i would love to see them because i rarely get to! i really have to brush up on my korean though ! smile.gif

Q)I remember reading an article (or was it a blog) back around the weekend of Dragon*Con about you, Traci and Christy and part of it talked about how Christy got a new tattoo while she was down in the ATL. Later on I noticed somebody on your MySpace left a comment asking if you have decided to get "that tattoo" yet. This weekend I listening to Traci tell some of the other wrestlers and some of the fans horror stories about crossing the border from Canada to the US and she advised them to cover up their tattoos, So I was wondering, are you sporting a tattoo? If so where and what is the design?

A)yes...we all got tattoos actually but it was my first so its not something thats so noticeable...you would really have to look for it! i dont hide it but you probably will only be able to see it if i have my hair up!

Q)Would you ever work in a Hell in a Cell match?

A)well i would work any type of match if given the chance. but chances are slim that you will ever see a female in that type of match...but then again, i never thought i would ever have a ladder match!

Q)Which one of your themes did you like best Unstoppable (TNA) or Independent Woman (WWE)?

A)hmmmm....well i would say i prefer my old wwe entrance song....

Q)Seeing as how you played basketball in high school I'm just wondering what position you played and what was your shooting range?

A)i played point guard. i dont remember much from those days...i know i was fast...i remember that and had good defence. i was good i guess by my high schools standards but i dont know if thats saying much lol

Q)Of all the things you have accomplished in Professional Wrestling since your first day what achievement are you most proud of? Thanks!

A)This ones easy! Definitely becoming the first TNA womens champion and the first to have both tna and wwe womens titles. Its something that cant be taken from me and i shall forever cherish that; but the whole rise of womens wrestling during these past few years....its been emotional and meaningful and im so happy that i could be a part of that because there are too many talented females in this business to have their talents wasted...i would hate to see that!

Q)I have enjoyed your mixed tag matches and your tag matches with ODB. I always thought that you and Molly Holly were a great team back during your time in the WWE. Have you ever thought of creating an official tag team and competing for a tag title? Do you think that WWE and/or TNA should create women’s tag title? Who would you like to form a tag team with? What would you call yourselves? I know I have always wanted to see you, Christy and Traci form a tag team/faction. Why do you think we don't see more women tagteams in Main Stream NorthAmerican Wrestling?

A)i loved working with molly....it was an honor to work with someone so talented and respected. Im not sure about a womens tag team division...maybe. it seems like there are not enough girls for a tag team division but too many girls for just a womens title. make sense? hey, im all for the growth of women in this business so if any of the companies are thinking about it, i would love it. i loved tagging with molly, odb and i think taylor wilde and i couldve done some really cool things together too!

Q)Have you ever considered joining Facebook where a lot of us are? We are members of My Space, but also Facebook where there is a Gail Kim Club and a Royal Kill club too.

A)yeah...i have considered it but i feel like with the site and my myspace it definitely is enough. if i did, i probably would do it strictly for my family and close friends only like tracy does... but i dont think i can handle more than all this! smile.gif

Q)The Knocked Out DVD was released here in the UK this week, so when I bought my copy I was dissapointed to find out that it doesn't include the second disc with your last TNA match and interview. Do you have any idea why the UK and possibly all of Europe don't get the bonus disc? And by the way, I really enjoyed the DVD! Your's, Traci's and Roxxi's segments were my favourites and it's great to have some of your best TNA matches on one DVD!

A)i have no idea why that would happen....i would email tna perhaps? i have no clue what to do in that situation! that really sucks! im sorry that i cant be of more help.

Q)Noticed on your eBay site that your return address (as listed there) has changed. If members want to send you holiday cards or messages are you still using a Post Office Box in Tampa, and if so what one?

A)nothing should be changed at all! its po box 24604 tampa fl 33623

Q)I think I speak for everyone on the forum when I say that the Benchwarmers shoots are possibly your best photos you've done all year! How did that come around for you and Traci?

A)well christy has done them many times before so we thought it would be cool to do a trading card of the 3 of us...which will be out soon i believe!

Q)Do you know why TNA names the Division Knockouts?

A)I dont know...they were the knockouts before i worked there. i really like the name actually...i think they thought about changing it long time ago but never did. what do you guys think?

Wasn't Gail's old WWE theme called International Woman? unsure.gif
